You have the right to have your personal data deleted. Nextyme provides a self-serve account deletion tool that permanently removes your account and all associated data. There is no waiting period for the deletion request itself; a 30-day grace period applies only to prevent immediate re-registration abuse, after which all remaining data is purged.
1. Delete Your Account
If you have access to your Nextyme account, follow these steps:
- Sign in at web.nextyme.app.
- Go to Profile (top-right menu).
- Select the Security tab.
- Click Delete Account and confirm.
Deletion is immediate and irreversible. Your appointments, client records, message logs, and all associated personal data are permanently removed.
2. Can't Access Your Account?
If you are unable to sign in, contact us via our secure contact form and we will process your deletion request manually within 30 days, as required by GDPR Article 17.

Please include "Data Deletion Request" in your message along
with the email address associated with your account.
3. What Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your user profile and account credentials.
- All client records (names, email addresses, phone numbers).
- All appointments and appointment history.
- Message logs (WhatsApp, Telegram, email records).
- MFA recovery codes and security records.
- Any OAuth identity links (Google, Facebook/Meta, Microsoft).
Anonymised security audit logs (brute-force protection records) are retained for up to 24 hours and then automatically purged. These records contain only hashed email addresses and truncated IP addresses — no personally identifiable information.
